About Morgan “Paige” Rauscher, LMHC
Hello and welcome to this space! My name is Morgan “Paige” Rauscher and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with the State of Florida. I earned a Master of Arts degree in Counselor Education with a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy from the University of Central Florida. I have over a decade of experience in the counseling field in a variety of mental health settings, including adolescent residential programs, school-based mental health programs, suicide prevention, and inpatient / outpatient acute mental health and substance use programs.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, anger and stress management, self-esteem issues, and social skills. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with Play Therapy and Mindfulness based techniques, I strive to collaborate with my clients to identify negative thought patterns and feelings, while learning to challenge these beliefs and replace them with more positive or realistic thoughts and healthy coping skills. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment where my clients can feel empowered to explore areas of awareness, personal growth, and self-acceptance.
Personal Background: In addition to being a therapist, I am also a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I cherish my family and my pets (currently a dog, cat, tortoise, and chickens) and I enjoy spending days at Disney or exploring Florida’s beautiful springs and beaches. I am a continual advocate for mental health with a passion for overdose prevention and suicide prevention education.
Thank you for being here!
